I dream of koi

This is a 9"x12" original mix media painting. I used alcohol markers, watercolor, acrylic and gold leaf to make it! 

Inspired by my koi pond tray, I created a serene scenery combining different mediums and techniques. I took a 16 month break from drawing to work on my resin art and this was my very first finished piece back at it. I plan on creating more pieces like this, hopefully making it a series.
